4a. Natural Materials & Product Characteristics

Pomona garments are made using natural fibres, specifically banana fibre. These materials may have natural variations in texture, tone, weave, or finish. Such variations are not considered defects but are unique characteristics that reflect the authenticity and organic nature of the materials.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept that minor irregularities may occur and that these are part of the value and individuality of naturally sourced apparel.

5. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute order confirmation. A binding contract is formed only once we dispatch the goods and confirm shipping via email.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown during checkout. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store payment card details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to all EEA (European Economic Area) countries, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.

Please note that any additional charges related to customs clearance, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in our pricing and must be settled with the relevant authorities upon delivery, where applicable.

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, courier issues, or force majeure. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence thereof.
