Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. We are happy to issue a refund provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Items must be sent back within 30 calendar days from the delivery date

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Items returned without prior contact and registration may not be eligible for a refund

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Natural Fibres & Irregularities

Pomona garments are made using natural materials such as banana fibre. These fibres may contain small variations in tone, weave, or finish. Such irregularities are a natural characteristic of sustainable, plant-based fabrics and are not considered defects.
By purchasing our products, you accept that no two garments are identical and that such variation is part of the product’s unique appeal and authenticity.

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Our team will respond within 48 hours with next steps and return instructions.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within the EU, including for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. The item must meet the standard return conditions listed above.

To request an exchange, contact us at help@pomona-apparel.com with:

  • Subject: Exchange / Order # / Country / Your Name

  • The item(s) you wish to exchange and the item(s) you’d like to receive instead

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response and further instructions.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our Contact page or at help@pomona-apparel.com. Include the following:

  • Subject: Reclaim / Order # / Country / Your Name

  • Description of the issue

  • Product(s) affected

  • Photo(s) showing the issue or incorrect item

We’ll respond within 48 hours to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or return at no cost to you.
